Schedule digital employee work
Prepare deliveries or send through WhatsApp with explicit permission.
Create an automation
Open Automations and select New automation. Enter a name, task, responsible employee and only the collaborators you authorize. Optionally select a project with shared documents. Choose Portuguese, English or Spanish for the delivery.
Choose the schedule
Set a one-time, daily or weekly execution. Check the date, time and timezone. After downtime, missed occurrences are coalesced into one execution rather than a burst.
Set permission and budget
Choose Prepare without sending, Request approval before sending or Send automatically to the authorized recipient. Sending requires a connection and a number including country code. Set the credit limit per execution. This release does not perform web research during scheduled work.
Activate and track
Save paused, review and activate. Authorization lasts up to 30 days and may end sooner when access or the admitted release changes. Activate again to renew. Use History and approvals to review content, files and charged credits. Approval covers exactly the displayed content for up to 24 hours. Preparation consumes credits even if you decline sending.
Understand results
Accepted by WhatsApp means service acceptance, not that the recipient read it. Delivery unconfirmed means the system checks receipts without resending. Check WhatsApp before creating a duplicate. Pause or cancel to prevent new work; this cannot recall an already sent message.
