Explicitly ask for a downloadable file with a name and format. This version supports DOCX, XLSX and PDF generation. Accepting PPTX attachments does not mean presentation generation is available.
Provide the data
Include data in the message or identify attached sources. For a spreadsheet, ask for formulas and describe the calculations. For a short PDF, specify the page limit and review the result.
Download and check
Wait for file cards with a Download button. A sentence saying a file is ready is not a substitute for a download card. Open each file and check content, calculations and formatting before sharing.
