Open help
In the platform, use Talk to Maya in the lower-right corner. Maya Chen is a digital help employee with AI-generated answers. She is available on platform pages after you sign in.
Describe your question
Explain what you want to do and where you need help. Maya consults the official documentation in Portuguese, English or Spanish and shows links to related guides. Review the guidance before applying it.
Continue whenever you want
Minimize or close the panel to keep working. Sent messages remain in your help conversation and can be resumed when you reopen the panel, including on another page.
Usage and limits
Maya’s answers use normal platform credits and update the total balance. The help panel does not show per-message usage. Maya provides guidance; she cannot access your projects, files or other conversations, take actions or call other digital employees. Never share passwords or card details.
