Pair your phone with the authorized connector.
Prepare the connector
This pilot uses a dedicated connector on a Windows computer. It must stay on, online, awake and signed in. The connector starts after Windows login. Ask INOSX to configure it; installing Marketing does not install this computer service.
Pair your phone
In Automations, select Connect WhatsApp and Refresh to view the QR code. On your phone, open WhatsApp Linked devices and scan it. Refresh until Connected appears. If setup is interrupted, use Resume connection and refresh again.
Use with permission
Set each delivery to an individual recipient who expects it. The pilot sends text and PDF, DOCX or XLSX documents. It does not support bulk campaigns, groups or automatic replies. WhatsApp Web pairing is not the official Meta API.
Disconnect
Select Disconnect to revoke the connection and pause sending schedules. If the computer is unavailable, platform permission is revoked but device unlinking may remain pending. Also remove the device in your phone’s WhatsApp settings in that case.
